A Christmas to R emember
As the clock struck midnight, our communities came together to celebrate the cherished memories of the past year, while looking forward to making new memories in 2025. Cranmer Court Care Home ended the year with an epic singalong led by the talented Malindi while residents at Knowle Park Nursing Home celebrated in style with a mocktail bar and chocolate fountain. At Holmwood Care Centre and Kingsclear Care Home they embraced the fun with some funky accessories. Our residents and colleagues all put their own unique spin on the celebrations, making for a fantastic start to the new year! Welcoming the new year
